1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Edit property.
  5. Click the Contacts tab.
  6. Scroll down to the SMS alerts section.
  7. Select your country code from the drop-down box. 
  8. Enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
  9. Click Save
  10. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  11. Click Save.
You will receive text message alerts for initial enquiries and booking requests. To stop alerts from being sent to this number, you may replace it with a new number or remove the checkmark next to Send me a text message every time I receive an enquiry or reservation request
 
Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an enquiry or booking request are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your enquiries and booking requests via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental enquiry and respond quickly.
